Educated in occupational and organizational psychology, working as a coach and trainer for (international) corporates, scale-ups and non-profit organizations since 2014. Specific topics are leadership skills including coaching leadership, communication skills and negotiation techniques. Sander stands for a fresh, practical and active approach and creates a relaxed, informal atmosphere that allows for vulnerability ánd humor.
