He is the founder of ‘My Coaching Toolkit’ – a platform that provides coaches, trainers and HR professionals with smart, evidence-based tools. With a background in senior leadership and HR roles and experience in a wide range of sectors across Europe, Willem combines strategic insight with deep human understanding. In addition to his practice, he is active as an ICF Coach Education Ambassador.
